Tuition Policy
Tuition Policy Update – Effective Fall Trimester 2025
To help you plan for and manage your educational costs, Moore Tech is implementing the following tuition policies beginning in the Fall Trimester of 2025. Please share this information with anyone helping you pay your tuition, such as a parent or guardian.
As a non-profit college, Moore Tech directly invests your tuition payments to enhance your learning experience. These funds are specifically used for the materials required for your hands-on training, ensuring you have everything you need for practical learning. Your tuition also plays a crucial role in keeping our programs running smoothly and maintaining the college’s operational effectiveness.
We are dedicated to offering a valuable and enriching education without the burden of high-interest loans.
Understand What You Owe: Use Your Program Pathway Form
All students must complete and sign a Program Pathway Form, provided by your admissions counselor.
This form outlines your program length and estimated tuition fees.
Signing the form is required for admission.
If you need a copy of your Program Pathway Form, please ask someone in Student Services.
Be Aware: Financial Aid Rarely Covers 100% of Tuition
Even with financial aid, you will likely have a remaining balance to pay. No matter how large or small, you are responsible for this amount.
If your aid is pending verification (meaning you are waiting to see how much you’ll receive), you must still make payments toward your expected balance.
Financial aid is not guaranteed.
Financial aid won’t be disbursed until your information is verified and your award letter is signed and returned. It is your responsibility to complete your paperwork.
Get Enrolled: Pay Your $500 Tuition Deposit Toward Classes
A $500 deposit toward your tuition is required each trimester before enrolling in classes.
If your funding or sponsorship leaves you with a balance of $500 or less, you must pay your full out-of-pocket balance before enrolling.
Students who will be fully funded by their employer or an outside source will be exempt from the tuition deposit once a letter or email of intent to pay is received from the employer or sponsor.
If your financial aid comes in and leaves you with a credit on your account, you may request a check for the overage, or you may put it toward your next Trimester.
Pay Your Tuition: Understand Due Dates, Late Fees, and Payment Plans
Full tuition is due on the first day of classes each trimester.
However, if you’re unable to pay in full at the beginning of the trimester, a payment plan will automatically be created in AMP Educator based on your eligibility (see below).
On Friday of Week 7, a $100 late fee will apply to any accounts that are not up to date on their payment plan.
Payment Plans: The Details
The appropriate payment plan will be selected for you and posted in your AMP Educator account, based on your hours of enrollment and your financial aid package. You can always check your AMP Educator account to see details regarding your payment plan and the amount you owe.
By reading below, you should be able to determine which payment plan will be assigned to you. We are not required to offer Payment Plans, but we do so to allow students every chance to stay enrolled. Students who do not follow their payment plan may not be eligible for one in future trimesters.
Use the contact information at the end of this document for any questions. We are here to help you understand, and we created Payment Plans to help you succeed and stay enrolled.

Remaining in Good Standing:
All tuition must be paid in full before the end of each trimester.
Students cannot carry a balance and must be in good financial standing to continue at Moore Tech.
Students whose balance is not paid in full within the timeframe of the payment plan will receive an “I” for incomplete, preventing them from accessing their final grades or enrolling for the next trimester. This will be removed as soon as their balance is paid.
Any overpayments will be refunded at the end of the term.
